I have a Yamaha F90. The starter cranks the engine, but it does not start.

If useful, here are a few simple and safe reminders: - the control is in neutral; - the emergency stop lanyard is correctly fitted, if applicable; - sufficient fuel is available and the fuel supply is not shut off; - the main battery switch is on; - the battery terminals do not appear loose or heavily corroded; - accessible fuses appear intact; - if a fuel-water separator with a transparent bowl is installed, check that no water is visible; - note any warning light, message, or audible alarm; - if the engine ran recently, recall whether cooling-water flow appeared normal. Carry out only safe visual checks with the engine stopped. Do not dismantle equipment, disconnect electrical circuits, or open any hot or pressurized component. Please describe exactly what is happening with the equipment. Does it not power on at all, fail to start, start and then stop, operate unstably, or operate without fully performing its function?

The engine does not try to start at all. The starter only cranks.

When you try to switch on or start the equipment, what do you observe? Are there indicator lights, display messages, audible signals, clicks, unusual noises, smell, smoke, or any other noticeable signs?

The emergency stop lanyard is fitted, there is fuel in the tank, and I cannot hear the fuel pump when I switch on the ignition.

When did this problem appear, and what happened immediately before it appeared? For example: maintenance, repair, battery replacement, connection to shore power, a long period of inactivity, water ingress, impact, overheating, or gradual deterioration in operation.
